"Truth Brigade Training"
Professional mediator Vanessa Linsey will lead a lively, interactive communication workshop. This will be a 90-minute session inspired by Indivisible's “Truth Brigade,”
Attendees will learn effective, constructive ways to talk about politics during a time of extreme polarization and widespread disinformation. Vanessa will guide us in identifying disinformation, deciding when to engage—and when NOT to—and using truthful, firm, and friendly conversation strategies to shift difficult discussions in a more productive direction.

Who are we?
We are educators, mediators, engineers, artists, geeks, lawyers, doctors, activists, students, moms and dads. We are residents of Winchester and neighboring communities. We range in age, income, backgrounds, ethnicity and even political leanings. Yet we share a belief that rule of law, fair elections, social justice, civic engagement and human dignity is essential to a thriving democracy. And that is worth fighting for. Stand with us!
